Happy Valentine's Day

What a special day! Thank you to everyone that made it possible even with a delayed start!

Our crew loved getting to show compassion and celebrate together. Students played bingo, colored, ate snacks and create a fun heart craft.

All week we have been working on leaving "heartprints" behind. We have been focusing on kind actions that can leave an impact on others.

Dance Celebration of Learning

Our first graders have been working hard over the last few weeks to collaborate in groups during Specials time (art, PE and technology). Students collabaorted with a group to create a logo, dance and costume. They did a great job collaborting and showing compassion.

We loved seeing everyone's dance! Each group worked hard, was compassionate and had fun.

Fieldwork to the Planetarium

We had such a fun adventure to the Musuem of Nature and Science to visit the Planetarium. Thank you to all the families that made this adventure possible.

We got to listen to a show in the planetarium and learn about the starts around the world. We loved seeing differen constellations.

We then got to explore the sapce part of the musuem. Student explored different exhibts. We saw experiments, rovers spaceships. We then enjoy a lunch as a first grade crew.
